Year-Round Mentoring Group for Emerging Leaders

with Adrian Reynolds

The group for 2025 is complete; but we are starting recruiting for 2026/27

if you’re interested in applying for next year, please get in touch at initiatives@euroleadership.org

Programme Overview

The full 2026-2027 programme will include:

  • A four-day private Network at the 2026 European Leadership Forum, 16-21 May 2026, held in Wisła, Poland.

  • An in-person 48-hour retreat, provisionally to be held in early December 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.

  • Monthly online connections with Adrian and the Network participants:

    • Five of these will be online workshops, working through issues together and reflecting on lessons for leadership as we progress.

    • Two of these will be online prayer times as we support one another in our God-given callings.

    • Two of these will be one-to-one online Zoom sessions with Adrian

GOAL:

  • to resource emerging leaders with long-term strategies for growth, development, and resilience in the service
to which God has called them

  • to develop a group of men from across Europe in similar circumstances which will, in the Lord’s goodness, be a long-term support cohort serving the cause of Christ in Europe

PARTICIPANTS:

Participants (eight to ten men) should be men who are in the first 15 years of ministry and who are willing to commit to being part of a learning community as part of their growth and development. It is for leaders in Europe. Participants will have to provide a reference from a senior leader in their country/context.

Interested applicants need first to apply and be accepted to the 2026 Forum before filling out an application specific to the Emerging Leaders Year-Round Mentoring Network. If you wish to apply for the 2026-2027 Year-Round Mentoring for Emerging Leaders, please fill the online application.

You can review the 2025-2026 Network curriculum for reference.

QUALIFICATIONS: We want to convene a group of men serving in similar settings and at a similar stage of leadership development. This Network is therefore open to those serving in leadership in a church or in an organisational capacity (e.g., a seminary) and with up to, but not more than, 15 years of leadership experience. It is for leaders in Europe.
